Breathing, and claiming my space, at the end of a long day

Today was long enough — going pretty much full-tilt from 7AM to 11PM, really — to contain ample shares of both goodness and badness.

When the badness was feeling particularly bad, it felt good to curl up on my bed in semi-fetal position for a while.

It felt good to go into my studio, close the door, sit in my comfy chair, and sob.

It feels good to write about it here, too.

This blog is evolving. There, doesn’t that sound much better than “I don’t really know what I’m doing with this blog right now”?

No worries. We’ll sort it out together.
